Funding for K9 Team Certifications

You can receive up to $300 per team per year to help with the cost of bringing in evaluators to help with certifications and training. For more information go here.

Funding for K9 LE/E Development

This is program offered by the SAR Dog section to help expand our evaluator network. We are encouraging all Evaluators and Lead Evaluators to expand their capabilities. You can receive up to $500 per individual per year to help with the cost of becoming an evaluator. You can receive up to $250 per individual per year to help with becoming a Lead Evaluator. Funding for Reimbursement for Canine Protective Equipment

Through a donation from the Supremem Master Ching Hai, NASAR has established a program where a handler can be reimbursed for HALF of the purchase price of certain canine protective gear. The maximum reimbursement is $30 per NASAR canine handler per calendar year (or until funds are depleted. For more information, click here.
